Do you move people out of Winston Towers?
Yes — regularly. Winston Towers has its own freight-elevator booking and move-hour rules, and the cabs are smaller than in the new towers, so we plan the load order around them. The COI goes to management ahead of the date, and the crew arrives already briefed.
Do you move into Trump Tower I, II, or III?
Yes, all three are inside our service area. Each runs its own dock procedure, security check-in, COI format and elevator reservation window - they are not identical to one another. We get the current requirements from the building before the date is confirmed rather than assuming last year's.
Do you handle Acqualina and Mansions at Acqualina moves?
Yes. Both properties are familiar to our crew. Acqualina requires specific insurance limits and COI language addressed to the association — we handle the paperwork before your move date.
