Quiet hours are enforced more strictly than people assume
In a 55+ community the neighbours are home during the day. As a rule that means no ramp noise before the permitted start, no shouting across the lot, and no equipment left running. Our crews work to that: dollies and pads rather than dragging, doors and hallways protected, and the truck positioned so the tail lift is not directly under someone's bedroom window. It is the difference between a smooth day and a complaint to management.
Long carries from visitor parking are normal here
Many buildings and villa clusters keep vendor and visitor parking well away from the units, so a 150 to 300-foot carry with a turn or two is common. There is no long-carry fee on our estimates. What a long carry does is add hours, so we measure the walk during the estimate - either from your photos or on a map - and reflect it in the quoted range instead of discovering it at eight in the morning and revising the price.
Beachside buildings run on a shared dock
East of Federal Highway, condo buildings typically assign the freight elevator and the service entrance in blocks, and your block competes with grocery deliveries, contractors and other residents. The window is usually a weekday morning. No. Long carries, stairs, elevators and heavy items carry no separate fee with us. They cost time, and time is what the estimate is built from. So we would rather know about the 250-foot walk from vendor parking in advance, because that is the difference between an accurate quoted range and a bad surprise. A photo or a map pin of where the truck can actually stop is enough for us to price it properly.
What will a two-bedroom in Boynton Beach cost?
Typically $645 to $1,253 all in, including the truck line. A one-bedroom runs $516 to $774, a three-bedroom $1,253 to $1,611, and a four-bedroom or single-family house $1,611 to $2,327. The range depends on access, how much is packed when we arrive and the distance between addresses.
