We Know Brickell
Brickell runs from the Miami River south to SW 26th Road, and from I-95 east to Biscayne Bay. It is Miami's financial district and one of its densest neighborhoods: mostly condominium and apartment towers, with Brickell Key — an island of residential and hotel towers — just off its northeastern edge. That makes almost every Brickell move a tower move. The truck does not park where you would like it to; it parks where the building's loading dock allows, at the time the building gives you, and the freight elevator is booked in a window. We ask the management office for its move rules and its certificate-of-insurance wording as soon as your date is fixed, send the COI free within 24 hours of booking, and plan the crew around the elevator slot. Rates are the same hourly card we run everywhere, and only the loaded leg between your two addresses is billed as time.
Every Brickell move, from Brickell Avenue to SW 1st Avenue, is assigned a dedicated coordinator. Your building's rules, the elevator window and everything that needs protecting are confirmed before move day, and the crew arrives briefed on them — before a single box is loaded.
The Freight Elevator Sets the Day
In a Brickell tower the freight elevator, not the crew, decides how long a move takes. Most buildings book it in a fixed window and ask for the movers' insurance certificate before they release it. We request the window and the COI format from management when you book, and choose the crew size so the job fits inside the slot instead of spilling past it.
Brickell Key Is Its Own Island
Brickell Key sits a few hundred feet east of Brickell and is made up of high-rise residential and hotel towers. Each tower sets its own move rules, so a move from Brickell to Brickell Key is two sets of building paperwork, not one. We collect both before move day.
Curb Space Is the Bottleneck
Dense high-rise blocks have little curb space, and many towers will only let a truck stand at their loading dock at booked times. We ask for dock time together with the elevator booking, so the truck is not circling the block on your clock.

Common Questions
Brickell Moving FAQs
How much does a Brickell condo move cost?
A Brickell one-bedroom typically runs $516–$774 and a two-bedroom $645–$1,253. That is 3–6 hours at $129 per hour with 2 movers or $179 with 3, a 3-hour minimum, and the truck on its own line, charged per day at the crew rate. Elevator waits and long carries cost time, never a fee. There is no deposit, and no surcharge for weekends or stairs.
Will you send the certificate of insurance to my building?
Yes. The COI goes to your building management free of charge within 24 hours of booking, in the format the building asks for and naming it as additional insured. Send us the management office contact or the building's COI sample and we take it from there.
Can you move me out of Brickell today?
If a crew is free, yes — same day, at the normal hourly rate, with no rush fee. The building still has to release the freight elevator, so call 786-305-1844 as early as you can.
Do you speak Russian?
Yes. The owner, the dispatcher and the crew leader work in Russian and English.
How is the drive to Coconut Grove, Brickell Key or Miami Beach billed?
Only the loaded leg between your two addresses counts as time, at the crew rate. There is no separate fuel or mileage charge; fuel and tolls are inside the per-day truck fee.
