Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance for our building?

Yes — within 24 hours of booking, addressed to your building management. Most commercial buildings require $2M general liability minimum, often with the building specifically named as additional insured. We handle it.

How far in advance should we book an office move?

Small offices (under 10 workstations): 2-3 weeks. Mid-size: 4-6 weeks. Large (40+): 6-8 weeks. The longer lead time is mostly about coordinating building access at both ends, not crew availability.
