    Tell us your origin, destination, building details, and inventory. We send a written estimate the same day with hourly rate, expected duration, truck fee, and any building-specific costs (parking permit, COI fee waiver). No deposit required.

    Building coordination

    After booking, we contact your building management directly to reserve the freight elevator, schedule the loading dock window, and submit the COI. You confirm the move date — we handle the rest.

    Pre-move call

    24-48 hours before move day, your coordinator confirms timing, walks through any last-minute changes, and confirms crew size. Crew receives building briefing before departure.

  4. 4

    Move day

    Crew arrives within a 2-hour window with a 30-minute heads-up call. Floor protection laid first. Inventory walk-through with you. Loading begins. Transport. Unloading with placement guidance from you.

  5. 5

    Reassembly and walk-through

    Furniture reassembled, items placed where you want them. Final walk-through with you. Payment processed only after you confirm everything is in order.

A typical 1-bedroom high-rise move in Brickell or Aventura runs $450-$700 total. The base is hourly ($129/hr for 2 movers, 3-hour minimum, plus $90 truck fee). Add 30-60 minutes for elevator wait time on busier buildings. Your written estimate accounts for this — no surprise fees on move day.

Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance for my building?

Yes — within 24 hours of your confirmed booking, free of charge. Send us your building's COI requirements (named insured, specific limits, additional insured language) and we issue it directly to building management.

Can you move on weekends?

Yes. Saturday is a regular operating day, billed at the same hourly rate. Sundays are case-by-case for buildings that allow Sunday moves (most Brickell and Aventura towers do not).

Do you handle gated communities like Cocoplum or Williams Island?

Yes. We submit gate paperwork (COI with community named, vehicle registration, crew identification) 48 hours in advance so the gate clears your crew on arrival.

What if my move takes longer than estimated?

You're billed only for actual time worked, in 30-minute increments past the 3-hour minimum. We commit to realistic estimates — most moves come in within 15-30 minutes of estimate. If we underestimated significantly, we discuss it with you before continuing.
