Between Tamarac, Lauderhill, Oakland Park and Fort Lauderdale
Local Expertise
We Know Lauderdale Lakes
Lauderdale Lakes is a city in Broward County, bordered by Tamarac to the north, Lauderhill to the west and south, Oakland Park to the east and Fort Lauderdale to the southeast. Easy Move Florida is owner-run by Evgenii Romanov and based in Hollywood, south of Fort Lauderdale, so we drive up for Lauderdale Lakes jobs and plan the start time around that. Apartments, condos with an association, houses and small offices are all part of the work here. Rates are $129 an hour for two movers, $179 for three, $219 for four, with a three-hour minimum and the truck billed as its own line at the same figure as the crew rate. The crew works in English and Russian.
Every Lauderdale Lakes move is assigned a dedicated coordinator. Your building's rules, the elevator window and everything that needs protecting are confirmed before move day, and the crew arrives briefed on them — before a single box is loaded.
We drive up from Hollywood
Our base is in Hollywood, south of Fort Lauderdale. For a Lauderdale Lakes job the crew leaves early so loading starts before the roads fill. Travel does not add a separate fee to your rate.
Office and commercial moves
Office moves are their own service: planned around your working hours, labelled by desk and room, and quoted per job rather than from the household rate card. Tell us the size of the office and what has to keep running, and we put it in writing.
Condo paperwork, done before move day
Associations usually want a certificate of insurance, a move form and a reserved elevator window. We ask for your association contact when you book, send the COI within 24 hours in their required format with the association named as additional insured, and confirm the window with management. The COI costs nothing.
What the invoice actually looks like
Two movers are $129 an hour, three are $179, four are $219, with a three-hour minimum and billing in 15-minute increments after it. The truck is its own line at the same figure as the crew rate for the day, so $129 with two movers or $179 with three. The smallest possible invoice is $516 with a two-mover crew. There is no weekend, seasonal or fuel surcharge, no deposit, and free cancellation more than 48 hours out.

Common Questions
Lauderdale Lakes Moving FAQs
Do you move in Lauderdale Lakes?
Yes. Our base is in Hollywood, south of Fort Lauderdale, and the crew drives up. We do not claim an office in Lauderdale Lakes, because we do not have one. Travel does not add a separate fee to your rate.
Do you do commercial and office moves?
Yes. Office and commercial moves are a separate service, quoted per job rather than from the household rate card, because the work depends on the equipment, the number of desks and the hours the business can be closed.
My association wants a certificate of insurance. What do you need from me?
Send us the management company name, the exact association name as it should appear, the address the certificate goes to, and any template they gave you. We issue the COI free within 24 hours of booking, in their required format, and confirm your association's requirements before move day.
